WHAT ARE MEN'S EYEBROW TATTOOS?
Men's Eyebrow Tattooing is a form of semi-permanent makeup that uses a specialized cosmetic tattooing technique to replicate natural-looking hair strokes in the brow area. Pharmaceutical-grade pigment is implanted just beneath the skin using a state-of-the-art digital handpiece, producing ultra-fine strokes that blend with your existing hair. The result is a fuller, more defined brow — shaped and designed to complement your natural masculine features.
IS THIS SERVICE RIGHT FOR ME?
If you're experiencing facial hair loss, thinning, or patchy brows, this service can help you regain natural-looking, well-defined eyebrows. Our artist designs each set to follow your natural growth pattern — more random and organic in direction — for results that look authentically yours. Great for men who want to look polished and put-together without anyone knowing they had work done.
HOW LONG WILL RESULTS LAST?
Most clients enjoy great-looking results for 1–3 years. Longevity depends on skin type, sun exposure, and how closely you follow aftercare instructions. We recommend a refresh appointment on an annual basis to maintain the look.
HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE NEEDED?
Your first session includes a complimentary touch-up (2nd session), scheduled 2–3 months later. This allows us to assess pigment retention and make any adjustments needed. Most clients are fully satisfied after both sessions.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCEDURE TAKE?
About 1 hour, including consultation.
WHO CANNOT GET THIS SERVICE?
This service is NOT available if you are:

❌ Had Juvederm or fillers within the past 4 weeks

❌ Currently on Roaccutane, steroids, or skin-thinning medications

❌ Have shingles on the face (please wait several months before proceeding)
All other health concerns can be discussed during your consultation.
IMPORTANT — PREVIOUS BROW TATTOO WORK:
If you have had brow tattoos done by another artist, you MUST get our approval before booking. Please text a selfie (natural lighting, full-face, no filter) to (248) 924-5450 with your full name and service type. In cases where previous work is too dark, dense, or discolored, we may recommend our Eyebrow Detox Removal service before proceeding.
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE?
You must be 18 years or older. If under 18, please have a parent or guardian email us at LoAnnsBrowStudio@gmail.com.
IS THE STUDIO SAFE?
Yes. We use only single-use, disposable needles and supplies. All stations are thoroughly disinfected after every client.
HOW DO I BOOK?
Book online at loannsbrowartstudio.com. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your total service price.
Pre-Care Instructions How to Prepare for Your Appointment
To ensure the best results from your Men's Eyebrow Tattoo, please follow these guidelines before your appointment:
Avoid alcohol for at least 24–48 hours prior (thins the blood, reduces pigment retention)
Avoid blood-thinning medications (Aspirin, ibuprofen) 24–48 hours before — consult your doctor first
Do not use Retinol, AHAs, or BHAs near the brow area for at least 2 weeks before
No Botox or fillers in the treatment area within 2 weeks of your appointment
Come with clean skin — no heavy moisturizers or oils on the brow area day of appointment
Avoid intense sun exposure or tanning for 2 weeks before your procedure
If you have any health conditions or take regular medications, please reach out before booking.
For your safety, if you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding, we cannot perform the procedure and will ask you to reschedule.
Post-Care Instructions
How to Care for Your Brows After the Procedure

When you arrive home, wash brows gently with a gentle cleanser (Cetaphil, CeraVe, or baby shampoo) using clean hands. Pat dry with a clean paper towel.

Wash twice daily (morning and night) and apply a thin layer of Aquaphor ointment after each wash.

Continue for 10 days, then return to your normal routine.

Do NOT pick, rub, or scratch healing skin — let it shed naturally.

No skincare products near the brow area for 3–4 days.
-
No swimming, saunas, or hot tubs for 7–10 days.
-
Avoid direct sun exposure for 3–4 weeks. Once healed, apply SPF daily to maintain color.
-
Avoid retinol, AHAs, BHAs, and exfoliating products near brows long-term.
-
If planning a chemical peel, laser treatment, or medical procedure, inform the technician that you have a cosmetic tattoo in the area.

Signs of infection — contact your doctor immediately if you experience: Fever, abnormal swelling, pus, red lesions, hard raised tissue, or feeling of heat and cold waves.
HEALING PROCESS
What to Expect During the Healing Process

Day 1: Brows appear darker and bolder than the final result — this is normal.

Days 2–3: Brows may feel tight and dry. Minor redness or swelling is normal.

Days 3–5: Natural shedding begins. Color appears lighter as fresh skin covers the pigment — this is temporary, not fading.

Week 6: ✅ Brows are fully healed and true color is revealed.
Your touch-up appointment (included with your first session) is scheduled after the full healing period to fine-tune the result.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
We take pride in providing prompt service to all of our clients.

A non-refundable deposit is required to book and will be applied toward your service total.

Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

We allow ONE reschedule — your deposit will transfer to your next appointment.

Less than 48 hours notice → deposit is forfeited. A new deposit is required to rebook.

More than 15 minutes late → appointment must be rescheduled and deposit is forfeited.

No-show → the full service amount will be charged to your card on file.
We strive to respect everyone's time and kindly ask that you do the same. These policies apply to everyone with no exceptions. NO REFUNDS on deposits or services.
TOUCH-UP POLICY
Your complimentary touch-up (2nd session) is included with your first session and is typically scheduled 2–3 months later.
