Our Eyeliner Styles
Natural Upper/Lower Eyeliner (Lash Enhancer) The most subtle option — pigment is applied directly on the lash line to create a soft, natural-looking definition. Ideal for clients who want their lashes to appear fuller without a visible liner look. If you want a more defined eyeliner appearance, consider one of our other styles below.
Upper Eyeliner with Baby Wing A clean upper liner with a small, delicate wing at the outer corner. Perfect for a polished, everyday look that still has a little definition.
Smoky Upper Eyeliner A softly blended upper liner with a diffused, smoky finish. Great for clients who prefer a more dramatic, editorial look.
Cat Upper Eyeliner with Big Wing Our boldest style — a sharp, elongated cat-eye wing that lifts and defines the eye. For clients who love a classic, striking look every day.

Frequently Asked Questions
Please carefully review and read through our frequently asked questions below.
Thank you so much for respecting our time, as we respect yours!
WHAT IS EYELINER TATTOOING?
Eyeliner tattooing is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure that applies pigment along the lash line to create the appearance of eyeliner — saving you time every morning and eliminating the frustration of smudging or unevenness. Results can range from a barely-there natural lash enhancement to a bold winged liner, depending on the style you choose. The procedure also helps improve the appearance of light-colored or sparse lashes.
HOW LONG WILL RESULTS LAST?
Eyeliner tattoo is one of our longest-lasting PMU services. Results typically last 5–10 years or longer. You can return for a refresh every few years if needed, but many clients go much longer before needing a touch-up.
HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE NEEDED?
In most cases, one session is all that is needed. A touch-up is only necessary if the skin did not retain any pigment at all. Please review our Eyeliner Tattoo Touch-Up Policy in the Policies section below.
HOW LONG DOES THE APPOINTMENT TAKE?
Please arrive 20 minutes early — this time is used to apply numbing cream to your eyelids, which needs time to take full effect. The procedure itself takes approximately 1–1.5 hours depending on the style chosen, including consultation.

WHAT FACTORS AFFECT HOW LONG MY EYELINER TATTOO LASTS?
-
Sun exposure — UV light fades pigment; wear sunglasses and apply SPF once healed
-
Skin cell turnover — slower regeneration holds pigment longer
-
Aftercare — following pre and post-care instructions directly impacts your results
-
Alcohol and blood thinners — avoid before and after your procedure as they reduce pigment absorption

Pre-Care Instructions
(How to Prepare for Your Eyeliner Tattoo Appointment)
-
Please follow these steps carefully before your appointment:
-
Stop eyelash growth serums immediately after booking — serums can interfere with the procedure and pigment retention.
-
Arrive with clean eyes on the day of your appointment — no eyelash extensions, no contact lenses, no makeup, no mascara.
-
Remove eyelash extensions at least 3 days before your appointment to allow your eyelids to fully recover from the extension glue.
-
Avoid alcohol for at least 24–48 hours before your procedure.
-
Avoid blood-thinning medications (Aspirin, ibuprofen) 24–48 hours prior — consult your doctor first.
-
No Botox or fillers near the eye area within 2 weeks of your appointment.
-
Avoid intense sun exposure or tanning for 2 weeks before your procedure.
-
For your safety, if you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding, we cannot perform the procedure and will ask you to reschedule.
Post-Care Instrucations
(How to Care for your Eyeliner Tattoo)
Eyeliner tattoo requires more detailed aftercare than other PMU services due to the sensitivity of the eye area. Please follow these instructions carefully:
-
Wash your face normally with a gentle cleanser and apply a thin layer of ointment onto your eyeliner at nighttime for at least 4–5 days. Apply in the morning as well if the area feels dry.
-
Do NOT pick, rub, or peel off any scabbing — this causes pigment loss and can damage deeper tissue.
-
Keep the treated area clean and dry — use a Q-tip to clean gently; avoid any environments with dirt or bacteria while healing.
-
Gently cleanse the area to remove buildup, oils, and dead skin. Pat dry with a clean cotton pad and apply a thin layer of ointment with a Q-tip. Use gentle soap (Dial, Cetaphil, or similar).
-
No eye makeup (mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow) on the treated area for 3–4 days.
-
No mascara until outer healing is fully complete.
-
No contact lenses for at least 24 hours after the procedure.
-
No swimming, saunas, hot tubs, or face-down swimming for 7–10 days.
-
Avoid excessive sweating and exercise for at least 1 week post-procedure.
-
Avoid tanning and direct sun exposure for 3–4 weeks. Use sunglasses to protect the area outdoors.
-
No eyelash serums or growth stimulators — these can cause pigment migration.
-
No lash dyeing, perming, or curling for 2 weeks.
-
Keep your hair away from your face while healing.
-
Avoid sleeping face-down — use a fresh pillowcase.
-
Avoid hot water and excessive rinsing on the treated area.
-
Expect eyelids to be slightly puffy and swollen for a couple of days — this is normal.
-
Eyes may feel dry, irritated, or light-sensitive post-procedure — bring sunglasses and use lubricating eye drops as needed.
Signs of infection — contact your doctor immediately if you experience: Fever, abnormal swelling, pus, red lesions, hard raised tissue, or feeling of heat and cold waves.
Healing Process
What to Expect During the Healing Process
-
Day 1: Eyeliner may appear slightly larger and darker due to color oxidation — completely normal.
-
Days 2–3: Eyeliner may feel tight and dry but should not be painful.
-
Days 3–5: Natural flaking and shedding begins. Color may appear lighter temporarily as fresh skin covers the pigment — this is normal and will resolve.
-
Week 6: ✅ Eyeliner is fully healed and true color is revealed.
