Your consultation is a no-pressure conversation — we'll assess your skin, discuss your goals, answer your questions, and help you understand exactly what results are realistic for you.

Your consultation fee is complimentary. If you decide to move forward with a service on the same visit, your deposit will be collected at that time.

Before your appointment, please take a moment to read through our Policies below so you know what to expect.

IMPORTANT: If you've had previous tattoo work done to any treatment area by another artist outside of LoAnn's Brow Art Studio, you must get our approval before booking. Please text a selfie (natural lighting, full face, no makeup, no filter) to (248) 924-5450 with your full name and the area you'd like treated. We'll let you know if a consultation is the right next step.

Your 15-minute consultation is designed to give you clarity and confidence. Here's what we'll cover:

  • Skin assessment — We'll evaluate your skin type, tone, and any existing tattoo work to determine candidacy and realistic outcomes.

  • Service recommendations — Based on your goals and facial features, we'll suggest the best service(s) for your needs.

  • Honest answers — No upselling. We'll tell you exactly what to expect, including healing time, longevity, and total cost.

  • Cover-up or correction review — If you have previous PMU work from another studio, we'll assess whether a correction or removal is needed before proceeding.

You're never obligated to book a service after your consultation. Our goal is simply to make sure you feel informed and comfortable.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

 

We take pride in providing prompt, attentive service to every client —

and we ask that you respect our time as we respect yours.

  • Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your consultation.

  • We allow one reschedule per appointment. If a deposit applies to your booking, it will transfer to your new appointment date.

  • Less than 48 hours' notice → your spot may be forfeited and a new booking will be required.

  • More than 15 minutes late → your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

  • No-show → a notation will be made on your file; repeated no-shows may result in restricted scheduling.

We strive to stay on schedule for every client and kindly ask that you do the same.
