IMPORTANT: Existing lash extension work done outside of LoAnn's Brow Art Studio must be removed before your full set service. If lash removal is needed, please book 'Lash Extension Removal' in addition to your full set service.

WHAT ARE LASH EXTENSIONS?
Lash Extensions are single strands of synthetic eyelashes that are curved to replicate a natural eyelash. They are applied to each individual natural eyelash one by one for a natural, beautiful and luscious look. Eyelash Extensions are perfect for special occasions or for day to day wear.
HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO FILL MY LASH EXTENSIONS?
Regular fills are highly recommended every 2-3 weeks to maintain the fullness of the lashes should you wish to continue wearing eyelash extensions. At least 40% of extensions must be retained to be considered for the fill service.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCEDURE TAKE?
The lash application may take anywhere between 1.5 to 3 hours, dependent on the lash set.
IS IT NORMAL TO SEE MY NATURAL EYELASH FALL OUT?
Yes, it is perfectly normal. Your natural lashes' shed cycle includes shedding 2 to 5 natural lashes per day, per eye. Your extensions will shed with your natural lashes.
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO GET LASH EXTENSIONS?
You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo service at LoAnn's Brow Art Studio. If you are under the age of 18 (a minor), please have your parent or legal guardian email us at LoAnnsBrowStudio@gmail.com for more information.

WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER THE APPOINTMENT?
We have detailed post care instructions here. It is highly beneficial to follow these instructions to ensure a comfortable healing process and to achieve the best results.
IS THE STUDIO AND EQUIPMENT SAFE?
Yes, we pride ourselves in having state-of-the-art equipment, as well as a safe and sterile studio space. We only use single-use, disposable needles, and supplies. After every client, all needles are discarded safely and stations are thoroughly disinfected.
HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
Please schedule your appointment here. Please note that a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to schedule and secure your appointment. The deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your appointment and will be deducted from the total price of the service. If you cancel or miss your appointment, you will simply forfeit your deposit. Please read our our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy in the following section.
Pre-Care Instructions
(How to Prepare for your Appointment)

Avoid applying mascara 2 to 3 days before your full set lash appointment.

To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience, avoid caffeine/stimulants up to 4 hours before your appointment.

In order to get the most out of your lash extension service, it is important to arrive with clean lashes. Residual oils and makeup will only prevent the adhesive from properly bonding, resulting in poor retention.

It’s important to avoid using oil-based products around your eyes before the appointment. Oil can cause the adhesive to break down, making it difficult for the lashes to stay in place.

Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring your headphones to your appointment.
Post-Care Instructions
(How to Care for Your Lash Extensions)

Eyelash Extensions are a high maintenance beauty treatment. They require very gentle care in order for the lashes to last longer and stay in good condition.

Be gentle. Do not rub or pull on your eyelash extensions.

Keep your Eyelash Extensions dry for 24 hours after your appointment.

After the initial 24 hours, wash your lashes daily with a cleanser approved by the artist. Lash cleansers will also be available to purchase at LoAnn's Brow Art Studio.

Keep all oil based products away from the eyes and remember that everything on your face will travel to the eye area. Oil WILL breakdown the adhesive and you will have premature lash extension loss.

Your hands can get dirty, and dirt is oily, so you’ll want to keep your fingers off your eyes unless cleansing.

No perming the lashes!

No saunas, facials, or swimming within 24 hours of application.

Do not stick your head in the oven when baking! It can singe your extensions! Turn your head away from the oven when putting anything in or pulling anything out.

Do not use eyelash curlers.

You should be careful and take specific care with makeup and remover.

Avoid using mascara on lash extensions.

Do not attempt to remove any lashes on your own, call us for an appointment.

Brush your lashes daily. DO NOT brush lashes when wet.
Policies & Disclosures
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
We take pride in providing prompt service to all of our clients.
In order to secure your appointment through our online booking system, your credit card will be charged a non-refundable security deposit towards your service price. This amount will be debited immediately upon booking and authorization. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your scheduled service.
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our artists and clients, please provide at least 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will ensure that we are able to offer your appointment slot to other clients currently on the waiting list.
We understand that certain circumstances and emergencies are unavoidable, therefore we will allow ONE reschedule and your deposit will be transferred over to your next appointment.
If you fail to provide us at least 48 hour notice of the cancellation/reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be requested to rebook a new appointment. A notation will be made on your file and we reserve the right to restrict scheduling for those who cancel in excess.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be required to reschedule to ensure we deliver satisfactory service to you and our other clients. Late arrivals will forfeit their deposit and a new deposit will be requested to re-book a new appointment. Please plan your drive/schedule accordingly and arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to avoid any late penalties.
If you do not show up for your appointment (no-show), the full amount of the booked service will be charged to your credit card on file. If you fail to show up for your complimentary touch-up appointment (second session for your ombre powder brows service), you will be charged a no-show fee equivalent to the original full amount of the touch-up. A notation will be made on your file and we reserve the right to restrict scheduling for no-shows.
We strive to stick to our schedule and respect our client’s time and we kindly ask that you do the same.
The policies listed are applicable to everyone with no exceptions.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY DEPOSIT OR SERVICE.
CHILDREN POLICY
Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted in the studio.
Our medical suites contain fragile medical equipment and supplies, our artists are unable to perform services safely while a child is in the room without direct supervision. If you are receiving a service, you are unable to provide necessary supervision. This is for your child's/children's safety as well as your own.
We offer a range of services, but many of our clients enter the spa with the intention to relax. To maintain a quiet environment for those in the waiting area and in-service, we ask that you leave all children under the age of 12 at home when you come to receive a service.
LASH EXTENSION FILL POLICY
At the lash artist's discretion, if more than half of your lashes are missing at the time of your fill appointment, you may be subject to an upcharge.
